I noticed long ago on checking the day's trades that there were often multiple instances of trades of 1 share. It made me wander if two people were manipulating the price down by selling to each other & then snapping up any larger parcels offered at the lower market price created by the trades of 1 share. I can't think of any other reason to explain the regular trades of 1 share that have been occurring for some time. With the annual report about to come out and a presumably healthy final dividend to be announced you would expect the price to be rising not falling.
