Cascade and vendors to receive approx. 40m shares all subject to 12 months escrow
20m shares issued @ 20c to raise $4m

Post transaction this will be a pretty tight little ship with a free float of just 35m fpo plus the register will have received a much needed injection of new investors with a bullish view of the companies future. Cash at bank of $3m+, an aggressive drill program and associated news flow which we all hope will lead to resource upgrades in the near term.
