    Not sure what to make of this deal. We are going to end up with 5x as many shares on issue
    (post consolidation) from approx. 15m now to over 75m once everyone has had their bite at the cake. Seems an expensive aquisition from that aspect.
    Anyone else have an opinion on this? Am I missing something?
