might just be me but i don't understand the ledger. couple of questions are the holding as of this week ? or just the last time a top holders list was put together in a report and updated form disclosure statements from directors. the list doesn't look current to me if you look at Newvest which i take as Newing with about 9.5m shares , he doesn't have that now last count i had him around the 7 to 7.5m shares. if i'm right then i don't think your assumptions of whether funds buying in or not might not be right as i think the list is outdated and new new fund action over the last couple of months wouldn't show up .

also the value $m do you know if this figure is the amount they paid for their shares ? it don't match up to me with the amount of shares x today's price ie Winks 640000 share value .09m and if you look at others divide the share value by the amount of shares they hold you get all different prices per share so makes me think its about their purchase price.

the other thing to note if i'm reading it right Pam Allan looks like she has 490000 shares this would not be a list of top holders then. i am sure other posters are holding more than this are they on the list ? i can't see my name

if you are looking for a more up to date shareholder list i had read something the other week might of been on flc about contacting the people who manage the share register and they provide this ?
