great post, wish i could give you more likes.
some of these 7 jobs might be replacements but some look to be new and in a new area, clicking on to each job description is interesting. one part i noticed is "rural domestic sewage treatment projects."

some people might be waiting for special announcements on contracts being released from the company, i don't think the company will announce every deal they are doing. even the at that stage $10m wetlands deal (now $15m) was only said in a quarterly. no special announcement. if they are advertising the jobs you would think they have been given the go ahead for what ever this project might be
