Someone (a confident newby?) bought a few yesterday at 27c - and then probably lost ~$2,000 as a few holders (who weren't newbies!) proceeded to collapse the Company value by another 15%....all in one day.
There appears to be a clear determination to keep this stock suppressed. Given the history of this Company over the past couple of years or so, the real story seems to be becoming clearer by the day.
To me, the obvious reason for the continued suppression of a SP is the last 6 months of the SP is one component of the valuation calculations in relation to formulating a takeover offer. So, if considering a T/O - you would want the SP to be as low as possible. Of course, there are other considerations that need to be taken into account when doing a company valuation for T/O purposes.
Happy to be wrong here, but I would greatly value other comments from interested shareholders.
Meanwhile, I have just put a buy order in at 9c.....I'm confident someone will meet it! Mind you, the Brokers probably won't put it on the board - even though there is a hopeful order at 11c.
