I also note in last weeks announcement, Chalice has the right to waive ENAMCOs $34 mil payment. This was legally clever. As if they don't pay Chalice their $34 mil, Chalice won't pay the Eritrean govt their tax, and the Chinese deal will still proceed. Ie without later recall of saying this agree is invalid as the conditions were not fully met.

Hope ENAMO do pay their $34 mil and Xhalice pays their tax, as I would not want to be an Aussie director in Africa if the Eritrea govt were disgruntled.
