Yes all long term shareholders are suffering due to SP.
However the current situation is no different from past endeavours. The nothing deals that you mention were deals that you fully supported, and in fact fully backed the directors and company.
The old MOT crew as you call them, do want this company to achieve and go forward but the skinny information that has been forthcoming for the average shareholder at this stage has not restored confidence.
SP target of 1-2c over the next 12 months sounds good, but no so good for those that paid up to .16c. Hope you are not including the consolidation that will be a necessity.
