SHD has appointed some quality people running the company now. I expect a big year in 2013.
With SHD saying they are in discussions for funding as per below it wouldn't surprise me if those funds came from either GRR (Michelle Li) works or one of Dianmin Chen's many contacts see below profile.
COMMENTARY ON APPENDIX 5D FOR QUARTER ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2012 At the end of the September 2012 quarter, the Company has cash on hand of $1,299,000. The monthly operating cash outflow of the business has, since the end of the September quarter, been reduced to approximately $300,000 per month. The Company will require additional funding in 2013. To this end, it is in discussions with a number of investors in relation to a private placement of the Company’s ordinary shares. The major shareholder of the Company, Mr Jerry Ren, has indicated that he intends to take up his full entitlement under any pro rata share issue undertaken by the Company in late 2012 or early 2013. Based on the above, the Company believes that it will have sufficient funds to meet its business objectives into 2013 and beyond.

Michelle Li
Senior Metallurgy Manager, Grange Resources
Ms Li is described as an “independent director” of Grange Resources Limited. Ms Li is “Senior Metallurgy Manager” of Grange Resources Limited, not a director.
Things are starting to look good with the right people on board.
This is a seriously cheap iron ore play, i personally sold WDR to buy this average buy in $8.2 cents but more than happy to hold.
Traded WDR from high 30's and sold in the 90's cents.
Feel SHD is a better resource as its not deep under ground
