Some questions to ponder (no offense to LT holders)
- Sale fell through. What now for diploma?
- Any Perth people here. Thoughts on the hotel market with crown towers and a couple of other better developments (elizabeth quay, frasers (open)) coming online in the near future? Diploma one will be up and running first but is it in a good position? Will anyone want to buy it? Depends on the lease with whoever is running it. Only can be sold leased out to a hotelier group imo.
- Anyone going to average down?
- Think they need to concentrate on becoming a mid range apartment dev ie) go kick PSAROS a and take their market share.
- What price is cheap as chips? had a buy in at 2 c but pulled that looks like its going to keep trending down with no reason not til until another a new buyer is found. 1c and under is. $5 mil market cap. looking to get in then as i see this going lower from today's price......
