It all depends on your risk profile etc. This is at the risky end of the spectrum, but should rise substantially at the first sign that things are being turned around and becomes substantially de-risked when they start paying a dividend (they have mentioned this may be in FY16, but I won't count on it).
There have been some changed to the Governance structure recently as the company continues its migration from being largely family controlled to a more publicly accountable company.
