you might want to verify distributions they have moved to biannual last distribution was 1c representing approx,70% of earnings ,the next will probably be in june,which as i see it might mean earnings of 1.4c but not distributions,unless they intend reverting to quarterly,if you obtained this info from an analyst it shows either how much more they know or reality might say how little attention they actually pay.
i expect valuations to stabilise but no dramatic improvement in earnings and if it is accompanied by additional asset sales it will take at least 3-6 months for it to impact the balance sheet and given margins on income the best one could hope for would be minor improvement or neutral.
because of these factors i have actually sold down my holding,not because of any fundamental change in outlook,but in the hope i will be in a position to buy significantly more, of course it could leave me out of the money for a re entry
