Well with plat price heading up PLA will get a better deal by vote no to the merge. Remember the yes vote will save the job of Pla management. They so eager to the deal to save their bottom.
An orderly asset auction or a join venture would be better for pla shareholder.
Wasn't it a condition of the deal that JBL provides finance to restart the mine that was in the mou they argreed to that why later think they did most the work. Again the gutless pla management didn t hold JBL to its word just do anything to save their own job. A no vot will see this lot out of work and never again manage a company.
