So 7 people are prepared to say they support BCL.
That stacks up against 428 title holders who signed the petition that,
a) rejected any support for BCL,
b) ecognised Phllip Miriori as leader of the SMLOLA, &
c) supported the Central Me'kamui consortium to rebuild & reopen Panguna.
428 against 7 out of a total list of 510. that's a pretty overwhelming majority in anybody's language!
So 7 people are prepared to say they support BCL. That stacks up...
