Their price is close to my target.. although I think they're over-stating the dilution risk (they're assuming 30% dilution to get funding) where as I know Middlemas has a good network of funding options and could very well get a better deal than that. Need to also remember they only have half the funding risk (and half the potential profit also) currently, so assuming extra dilution when they just funded themselves until decision to mine/funding, is a bit over cautious IMO.
