It just seems to me that this mix of ramblings and and unconnected and not necessarily correct comments are not contributing to useful discussion on this site.I also wonder why a non shareholder should make such a continued effort to put the company down. 

The old EVZ (or Envirozel) is a thing of the past. In hindsight we can say that the company, under the old management, probably paid good prices for companies that were going to encounter headwinds (eg the extreme rise in the price or gas). Which then had to be negotiated.

During the past the two or three years the company has undergone many changes for the better including: increased capitalisation, debt reduction, director and management changes, operational improvements, etc and this has attracted new and valuable shareholders.The outcomes are reflected in the positive financial statements.

 I'm sure that most shareholders have the view that EVZ has a very good future.
