I have held OCL for a few years. I think the company has great potential BUT it is a long term investment-3-5 years.
OCL's main clients are state and Federal Government departments- they are not so large in the local government area as I understand.
Remember Tony Walls and Gary Fisher own 88.6% of the company. That leaves 11.4% of 120 million
It is not just the new contracts, it is enlarged contracts with existing customers- look at Dept of Defence contract.
I do not nornmally post on fundamentals- got sick of the "you would buy THAT stock" type 0f reply after I posted on DWS when it was trading on a PE of under 8.
