Nothing major but OCL have gained a new customer. OCL's software suits organisations that handle a large amount of data and also want interactive forms with their customers. Many OCL clients are muncipalities whose customers are rate-payers. OCL is slowly winning new work but trade vols are pitiful. needs a few more contracts before it can attract mkt attn. I hold but concede it's a bit of a long-shot.
