Inspection of records
71. TIMES FOR INSPECTION
71.1. Except as otherwise required by the Corporations Act, the Directors may determine whether and to what extent, and at what times and places and under what conditions, the financial records and other documents of the Company or any of them will be open for inspection by Members other than Directors.
71.2. A Member other than a Director does not have the right to inspect any financial records or other documents of the Company unless the Member is authorised to do so by a court order or a resolution of the Directors.
71.3. Notwithstanding clauses 71.1 and 71.2, the books of the Company containing the minutes of general meetings will be kept at the Companyʹs registered office and will be open to inspection of Members at all times when the office is required to be open to the public.
