That is simple to answer. Because I have shares in the company.
If you want to do a whip around, and can come up with $3 million, then I will be happy to sell my shares to other holders and then the sp will skyrocket. Simple.
The companies that I have stuffed simply be being a shareholder would make you cry out in frustration.
