No @Poet I cant agree that we are making the last roll of the dice.  Sure we are asset rich and cash poor (doesn't that sound familiar) but there are several roads ahead, not just one.
1.  We JV Riqueza with S32, and assure a constant stream of drilling/results to get ICG's share price on the move and keep it moving - news is our lifeblood so we can raise at good prices and get on with the other excellent projects in the pipeline - Cerro for starters.
2.  ICG sells them 100% of Riqueza (retain a NSR, for the kids) - then being cashed up go for Cerro and Timor and whatever else the brains trust has tucked away in their back pocket.
3.  This one is unlikely IMO, but it is still a good card to hold - Say to S32 "Thanks very much for the love. We believe we know someone else who sees it our way"

In all of the above the board has the very important advantage of having the Share Holder Group on side, and prepared to hold for the big payday.
