Yes could be BOT but bit early there will be no movement for awhile, day traders wont play here no action, accumulation at those sums would take months to get any real sum. no mum and dad would be buying and selling with fee's like that. So someone just playing games trying to get the ball bouncing hoping some one will pass some.
