I think Grub is right, it seems logical that the negotiations committees have finished up in agreement and the deal is with S32 for assessment and approval. Amended deadline is in about 2 weeks, and I agree with@QuietFrog and hope if it is a buy out then it only covers Riqeuza.
I know nothing, and would not dare to ask at this stage of proceedings. Not even if the Melbourne Workshop has happened yet! - But if it has attendees would certainly not have been privy to negotiations, only to the vast potential of all of Inca's projects.
Just wait, and someone will deliver ice-cream on a plate.
