My last post was ambiguous - this is what I meant to say --

Take Over on offer on NZC - most posting think the deal is light on value.  Needs 75% of share votes and 50% of shareholders to get over the line.

Whoever takes responsibility for the Shareholder Group will need to be able to discuss and make recommendations on issues like that.  But at the end of the day whether we as a group accept an acquisition or not must be by consensus, probably after exchange of many emails. It is possible an informal vote could be involved.  With Big Al on the board he will be restricted in his comments.

Acquisition is the game we are here to play IMO, so it is probably a good idea to watch how NZC plays out.
(NZC is in DRC, with cobalt, so it has some heavy baggage to carry)
