On pure gut feel I'd rate a marriage between CEY and WHC as more likely than CEY coupling up with NHC. No evidence other than they seem a better fit. But why a merger? What is the commercial imperative for CEY? Get bigger and make it harder for a bigger fish? Comments anyone?
