How many times have I bought a new stock only to see a cap raise come out of the woodwork a few days later, although this one does sort of make sense and is some 27% higher than the last one meaning less dilution than if a bigger raise had been carried out last November.

By my calculations the new structure post raise will look something like this (numbers rounded up where relevant):

Exisiting shares in issue : 130,000,000
    New raise : 34,000,000
Shares in escrow until August : 13,000,000

    Total register thus : 177,000,000

    Exisiting options : 34,500,000
New options issued 1 for 2 in this raise : 17,250,000

    Total OAs thus : 51,750,000

177mn shares isn't really very many for a company sitting on what looks like a world Vanadium deposit which has the benefit on being located in a mining friendly sensible location.

Many of the other stocks I hold have around 500mn shaes+ on the register so 177mn is no big deal.

The extra shares will help increase liquidity and ensure the co. has enough cash to bring the vanadium up to the next stage where real value can be ascertained.

All in all it looks pretty good.

The only complaint I have is my timing on entering the stock, but that is my issue not the company's.
