There must be more in this than what we all know. If this was so bad a deal then I am sure that AGP and the other major S/holders will/would not approve this.
My great concern is that If MUN was onto a good thing gold wise then I am sure that AGP with all the money they have would have funded/lent the money to the Co. I now think that AGP may hope that additional funds from elsewhere may help.
There must be more in this than what we all know. If this was so...
