Yes...if they had raised 5M. Instead they did it in two steps or maybe three in order to dillute the share lower and keep the price from falling all at once. The outcome will be the same in the end.

BTW yesterday price jump was nice but it wasn't convincing as:

1. It happened with no news , and
2. With very low volume

The project may have merit because of its position , its size and the tin credits but I predict it will first fall to 15c within the next 2-3 years and then IF they solve the problems with the government and IF they can obtain capital at a reasonable dillution then maybe if you have patience for another 5-6 years you will get your capital back and even some profits.

I will keep my sentiment at SELL and I will jump in at 15c when (and if) they become available. I will have plenty of opportunities (even during the financing stage with the huge dillution). Until then SCRIPTA MANENT as the Latins once said...
