There is a new Austock broker report dated 11th October 2007 on the web site fyi....I think it was commisioned in response to the recent General Meeting requisition from the hedge fund investor and gives an interesting perspective on their likely motives.

Basically, they are saying that the hedge fund is probably "short" the underlying, and therefore square overall, and trying to get the NTA to be reflected in a riskless play. Issue is that such a target may not always be consistent with the best longer term interests of unit holders.
