Perhaps shareholders should read the last notice of meeting and take note of the concerns expressed there by the former directors with respect to the new incumbents?
If these concerns prove justified as things unfold, the forthcoming AGM is the appropriate forum at which to address this, as the re-election of the present directors will be put to the vote.
