I like that you said "249D is will always be there for the current GK and his team, they have to make progress and improve SP immediately" otherwise shareholders may band together to attempt to remove them from the couch. I think you're right - if they're on notice about a shift in shareholder sentiment due to their lack of performance - this can only be good for all holders imo.
