Your friends are already losing money, unless of course they have a cost basis average of $0.007 or lower.
Here is some questions for you to have a go at answering:
    1) Have your friends indicated their thoughts on the progress GPP have made since they have been invested ?2) Have they indicated how they feel about the current managements performance?
    3) Do they think there needs to be a change in some or all of management?
    4) If so, have they indicated what change needs to be done to help them achieve their financial goals in GPP?
    5) Also if they are indicating changes need to be made, have they suggested their thoughts on how this could be done?
Correct me if I am wrong, but you have voiced your displeasure towards management and suggested their needs to be change......

    6) Your assuming it is all about egos (and I think personally you are the last person that should be broaching that topic) or is it large holders being not happy with current management and/or their lack of performance to get projects up and running?
I know of one large shareholder that has kept the faith with GPP's projects that is $400k in the hole, so do you think he would or wouldn't want change?

    7) You are assuming that no-one has been to head office to engage with either King or any other board members, so can you verify if this has/or hasn't happened?
    8) Can you confirm that the person you are (again) assuming has been the one put forward to take a board position?
    9) Again, correct me if I am wrong, but haven't you also posted your distain for the current management as well as their disgraceful behaviour towards the "Minority Shareholders" re: Small Share Sale Facility as well as their arrogance towards shareholders in general?
    10) With that in mind, what benefit would you suggest could/would come from a meeting with a management team that has those characteristics towards shareholders?

    11) As for you seeking answers from the purported instigators of a 249D, considering it is an open forum and no doubt management read these threads (regardless of their denial) would you lay your plans out prior to a notice being issued?
It would be akin to tendering for a contract and walking out of the meeting and telling all the other tenders what your tender price was - would it not?

You will get your answers when/if the action goes ahead no doubt as they will be in here spruiking to garner support. When/if the notice is issued the contents will be in the company announcement, also there should be what they are proposing and how they intend to achieve it and the grounds for replacing a board member.

    All the above IMO only
    cheers
