From what I gathered so far from grapevines, this is what i see as a sensible process this week:

1.Proposed CR cancelled , it's uncalled for & its legality is questionable.
(CR at 1.4. or 0.7c?)

2. Let Lawyers of two camps talk, re 249D

3. If there were/are no frauds or scams, last 3years, and there is transparency on all fin.accounts, OHD trials/results, CR/SPP, & other assets, then all is good and well.
No one should lose any sleep.


Amicable resolutions this week is preferred to protracted haggle
re LWP :
ATO, ASX, ASIC, Police/CSI.

If not.......use your imaginations.
