OK thanks @cfp so you're saying your concern is that is won't be successful anyway because management have too much voting power and will reign supreme? If they do fail though won't it just be business as usual (or lack thereof) for GPP shareholders?

I'm not sure how the sp will tank if/when the 249D handed to the company but i appreciate your thoughts.

And if anything, if the inference is correct, the announcements yesterday suggest the added pressure on management could perhaps force their hand to get a bit of a wriggle on maybe? ... though I concede I'm clutching at straws because I still have nfi (some would argue, perhaps rightly, that I never did )
