So again correct me if I'm misinterpreting, but is the assumption that the latest announcements would appease those behind the 249D not to take action or was it to try to win over SH's so they don't support the action?

If this action goes forward - do we get to vote on a new board members (if any?) and again forgive my ignorance ... is it like an election where they actually say how they intend to make it better than the current management structure; that is what they can bring to the table that the current team don't have?
