" -agree and in my opinion it is not clumsy or slack management but mismanagement. our and other posters opinion may vary.

It's a life style company now"- No they have not changed for the past many years. May be it is now you have warmed to the possibility.​

"It seems BOD is lazy and not interested to take the next big step because that next big step needs energy, commitment and lots of hard work which GK is not the man for it."- Agree but IMO it is also because they are scared that once they act on it and it proves a 'made in N korea' bazooka they will effectively dry a source of cash flow to maintain their style. ​

"The director resigned today is currently the GPP's corporate advisor at Xcell Capital. Potentially two conflicting positions on play. Please someone tell me if this is ethical for a start" - it may not be ethica from a layman's point but apparently it is not illegal. ethical is only if you care.​

"GK seems doesn't answer phone calls, emails, texts etc. The man doesn't seems to be interested in doing hard work."- There were lot of other posters who used to say the same for many months which was rubbished by the cheersquad. So apparentlyany unpleasant emails are ignored.​
