I'm confused because I don't understand what a 249D exactly is. Is that being actioned to remove all of management or just King?

And who becomes the replacement or do you just remove a board member who you're dissatisfied with and don't actually put in a replacement?

Doesn't King have too many shares and he'll be able to stop any action anyway?

Am I correct in my reading that there is a belief that the latest announcements are to try to detract from any 249D action - when you say King was given until Friday, do you mean this coming Friday? So again correct me if I'm misinterpreting, but is the assumption that the latest announcements would appease those behind the 249D not to take action or was it to try to win over SH's so they don't support the action?

If this action goes forward - do we get to vote on a new board members (if any?) and again forgive my ignorance ... is it like an election where they actually say how they intend to make it better than the current management structure; that is what they can bring to the table that the current team don't have?
