First he did not "address" ANYTHING - absolutely NO substance/commitment or plan of action was layed out whatsoever in the letter. The "Due course" make it bleeding obvious they still intend to feed the same old sheeet down our throat.
You have been in the game long enough to know that at such points in time when one party [i.e., SHs] have had enough, "accepting" the problem is often also a very effective strategy to resort to and deceive those [SHs] who have been taken advantage of and repeat the cycle of bleeding them. Watch for the next CR coming sooner than the "due course" when management is due for a tangible change.
