Guys and gals
I don't know why some of the guys here constantly mentioning and specualting about me here. GPP is not the only stock I am holding and working on. I have my own life and things to do other than reading GPP threads. I will answer a few questions to stop speculations about me and that's it. Further speculations will be considered as baiting and flaming and will be asked for moderation and suspension.
- No I haven't sold anything yesterday and today which means I was not the one who dumped. Please check the registry if you can, and see who dumped the stock. Then talk. No one has the right to put my name here as a dumper.
- I don't have to disclose this but just letting you know that you can stop speculations about me; I have only shared my research and work with you guys including GPP management. We still hold more than 16m shares and 5m options in our family accounts. We are in big red too. Hence no ramping for dumping so far.
- I haven't signed any document as a Requisitioning Shareholder against GPP board.
- I have been proposed as a director as @fooca did but I realised that my lifestyle won't allow me to be a successful director hence I did not want to be a one.
- I have been a GPP shareholder and activist and criticized management for their recent actions as you are doing here for a long time.
- I don't think any keyboard warriors and retirees sitting on couch would be successful to manage GPP projects. I believe GPP need directors and management people who have the expertise in the the areas of exploration and OHD business.
I still believe GPP has good projects but has bad management. As far as understand from GK Letter to Shareholders, he acknowledges that there is problems with management, and he is seeking for solutions to that.
Although it is hard to accept for us that he would find solutions however accepting and addressing the problem is a major step towards solution IMO. Therefore I have an intention to wait until I see the execution steps for the solutions.
Current market cap of GPP ($5.8m) with $3m cash in bank tells me that GPP is now valued as a shell company with $2.8m enterprise value.
There is no more to say for me now.
