I don't understand the technicalities of a class action and on the surface it might seem like a good option but i'm perplexed how you could have the necessary information, particularly on the OHD, to begin anything considering their failure to release any technical information to shareholders ... where would you be getting your data to work with to prove that the whole thing was absurd?

and yep that why in a class action you employ solicitors, especially the no win no fee ones as they dont take on a case they cant win, they are the ones that chase the ambulance chasers
