OK thank you ... I genuinely don't recall the others but given that all 3 seemed to change their positive sentiment towards management to negative in unison perhaps, or maybe they are simply a part of the long term holders group that was once mentioned on here as the place to be, where ideas and information is exchanged. The blind leading the blind so to speak ... we did that once remember (but were we just the blinded as it turns out?)
I don't understand the technicalities of a class action and on the surface it might seem like a good option but i'm perplexed how you could have the necessary information, particularly on the OHD, to begin anything considering their failure to release any technical information to shareholders ... where would you be getting your data to work with to prove that the whole thing was absurd?
