I have no idea either but a post which appeared and has since disappeared looked very much like a CV at one point - I do recall anatol being on it, I don't recall who else sorry. I will be blunt, if anatol is part of the 249D I will be disappointed given his previous admittance to an undisclosed relationship with management behind the scenes where he and others were offering voluntary work for them yet actively promoting the company here as Top 10 holders ... while we all like to believe we are altruistic there had to be an element of self interest in that surely?
Anyway, until you and I know who may or may not be proposed I think it is wrong to dismiss in its entirety the possible benefits that can be gained from a 249D? And doesn't a 249D has the advantage that shareholders can make their own mind up, finally with full disclosure, if/when it is put before them, what they want?
I do however agree completely that the company needs professional managers with business acumen. People who are able to get things done - people who get results. Are those people on the list, I don't know but neither do you. Honestly I think where this current team has failed is it is mostly comprised of long term retirees sitting on the couch, with not much passion and more interest in selling the dream (perhaps through interesting methods ) while they relax and "live the dream" at shareholders expense.
