At the last EGM when the resolutions were to ratify the issuing of options to King, why was the Shares held by Pandora excluded from the vote????
You are thinking the 2 month exclusion is linked to the serving of a 249D? and not the material information that he may be in possession of in regards to the final review completed by HRL?
