Hi cyril, there is nothing to stop his friends or family buying up, nothing to stop GK or anyone from lending some money, so yes it wont matter if he wants to stay in power, I will tell you what I said before that in my opinion would have had a better outcome for the shareholders, that is to start a class action against the directors who compared the resource with greenbushes and all the information that was fed to shareholders and potential shareholders, they had nothing to substantiate there claims and it could be argued that some have bought in based on those claims, it is a theory but something that one of those no win no fee solicitor firms would relish getting a look at, all this IMO
