It seems not much is being done with OHD anyways at GPP. It's a life style company now. To put it in simple terms, GPP was good at finding necessary announcement materials to keep SHs going.

It seems BOD is lazy and not interested to take the next big step because that next big step needs energy, commitment and lots of hard work which GK is not the man for it. According to GK's biography, the man actually retired 20 years ago in 1997.

The director resigned today is currently the GPP's corporate advisor at Xcell Capital. Potentially two conflicting positions on play. Please someone tell me if this is ethical for a start?

GK seems doesn't answer phone calls, emails, texts etc. The man doesn't seems to be interested in doing hard work. Thats all for now.

Monash issue is another huge can of warms needs to be opened up. How can they mismanage such a simple task with Monash. Disgusting.
