I would certainly consider anything to get a larger share from the cake. But we don't know the terms of agreements, relations or arrangements between GPP and Thermaquatica as I said above. They are all secret to me if not to all. If anyone have seen anything like that in anywhere, please let me know. I only know a document "Thermaquatica Inc.Partners with Greenpower Energy Limited to Develop Coal-‐to-‐Liquids Technology" dated on May 30, 2013"
And the only term written there is this "Thermaquatica Inc. of Carbondale, IL, USA announces the signing of a Research and Option agreement with Greenpower Energy Limited at Thermaquatica’s Headquarters on May 24th, 2013. Under terms of the agreement, Greenpower will contribute US$2 million toward further development by Thermaquatica of Oxidative Hydrothermal Dissolution (OHD), a process for conversion of low grade hydrocarbon material to higher grade material, in particular as it applies to conversion of low rank coal to high value liquid products. In return, Greenpower is granted a two-‐year option to take an exclusive license for the commercial application of this process within Australia and NewZealand."
They started by paying $2m. The spend another $2m. I said "GPP have already spent over $4m on the OHD project. We should have bought Thermaquatica by that money so far! Why GPP didn't do that?"
What Thermaquatica is doing in the US?
As far as know from an their budget was cut by the government in 2016. I don't think they have any money to make any research other than GPP is doing.
Also, when you look at their website they have no recent news on their Media section since October 2016!
It is obvious that they are a poor company and GPP is financing or "feeding" them! WHY?
Why isn't Thermaquatica not doing any trials for their own technology in the US?
Aren't their tomatos or wheats in the US?
Why aren't we buying them out and still spending money for improving the technology they are holding?
Too many questions are arising about this management in my mind now.
