Yes, I got replies from the ASX, but not ASIC BUT the underlying issue was - if the company had nothing to hide with the transactions of repaying King, then why couldn't they simply answer it? but rather be questioned from the ASX after a concern was lodged and the ASX then advising me of the outcome, who fyi the ASX advised me to forward it on to the ASIC because it was more to do with the Corporations Act rather than an ASX listing rule.........

I couldn't actually tell you when the posters on this thread were or weren't shareholders, but I do know that at least one poster indicated that GPP wasn't for them because of the management flaws that were highlighted and elected to invest elsewhere....
