Add to that as i gather from here, GPP the only client of Xcelcapital (?)
.... correct the above as i nay well be wrong but i smell fish ..
For what we know GPP probably needed another "mate" for that board position and it would sound/look better if the person came from "another" "relevant" company and hence voila, bang: Xcelcapital came to existance ... and then voila bang: Bulesco on GPP BOD!!!

Again all this is guess work as there is minimal information provided by GPP.
