new board, now new revenue, page-4

These guys will have new investors ready to go. may be some hitting the exit button in coming weeks, but no doubt in my mind that the small placement means they have an eye on getting the july 2011 oppies in the money and driving revenue. my only quibble would be that the notes have a pretty low price hurdle for the new oppies ands that existing holders should have had first dibs, but nonetheless minimal disruption and the cash is in the bank.

not a lot for sale and i expect this to be above .05 sooner rather than later.
