I understand and share your frustrations with the SP, however I don't think we need to immediately jump to lets spill the board. Give this another couple months to see if they can deliver on the number of leads they are working on. They have indicated the US expansion is at the forefront for the moment, hence i agree securing a lead broker to ensure any funds raised for the expansion are raised at an appropriate level. 

i think they are still operating correctly considering what part of the business ĺlifecycle  they're in proving their products and business model. but they will now need as you indicated to shift focus in the coming 6 months.
